Run to the Suns 2025!

We are delighted to invite you to join us on the first Run to the Suns event being held on Sunday 6th July 2025, and this will be a Sunrise to Sunset run!

We will start at Haytor Rocks, TQ13 9XS (exact car park to be confirmed nearer the date) for sunrise which is due to be at c05:11am. Breakfast is booked for 9am at the nearby Ullacombe Farm Shop/cafe for 20. They have a decent carpark and facilities.

There will be a suggested route from Ullacombe through to our lunchtime stop which will be at Tiverton Castle.

The owners are opening early for us at 12noon to provide a private tour of the castle, gardens & their residence. Parking will be provided within the castle grounds. This is initially booked for 20 people & the tour should last c1.5 hours. There is no cafe at the castle so suggest you bring a picnic lunch or there are plenty of cafes/shops in the town. They will be providing tea & coffee on our departure.

There will be a suggested route from Tiverton to our evening stop in North Devon.

For those wanting an evening meal, there is a table booked at The Blue Ball Inn, Lynmouth/Lynton at 6:45pm for 20 people.

……and finally to the seafront carpark for the sunset (if we can’t see it from the pub), which is expected at around 21:32pm.

You are welcome can join us at any of the stops and/or make your own route to them. * Suggested routes will be emailed out before the event! * We will just need to need numbers by the end of June to confirm everywhere, and currently there is no pre payment/ordering required, however, you are expected to pay for any purchases/food etc yourselves and inform them of any allergies/food intolerances.
