Sunday 25th May saw a number of us congregating in Attleborough for a run to Prickwillow Engine Museum, near Eye.
After a rogue downpour, we headed off on the tuilip route but soon bunched up to form a convoy. Andy and Jill had chosen some great roads for the run.
We arrived at Prickwillow to see a number of Triumphs already parked up and were soon followed by a bunch from Cambridge.
Bacon or sausage rolls were on the menu and a walk around the museum. Followed by a very interesting talk about the draining of the Fenns and the importance of the engines. The firey starting of the main engine rounded off the day.
A thoroughly interesting day. Many thanks to Peter for arranging the venue and Andy and Jill for taking the time to sort the run.
