The first of our 'roving' meetings held at the White Lodge Attleborough proved popular with 9 members starting the evening with a meal (it would have been more but the pub was fully booked) we were then joined by a further 11 joining us for the meeting. It was great to see a few Triumphs coming out too with 6 in the car park - a big six, Mk4 Spitty, Vitesse, TR7 and early Herald and great to finally meet Helen and Chris' 13/60, I loved the 'feminine' touches! Thanks goes to Colin for showing Helen where the oil and grease lubrication goes. There's always someone on hand to offer a bit of advice, especially if it means getting a bonnet up.
I did have an apology from a couple of members for not attending many meetings. I would just like to say it really doesn't matter if you join us at every meeting or just one a year, it's just great to have you along. The club is yours to use as you see fit. Some like to just read the magazine and are not fussed about meeting up locally, some just want to do the occasional run or join us at a local show where we are displaying. It's your club, do as much or as little as you wish, just rest assured that if you join us at a run or meeting you'll be warmly welcomed.
