Manchester area news from March meeting regarding February activities
Well we had 15 members attend our March meeting, good to see everyone and had a few apologies from some who couldn't attend. Nice to see David who had visited us from the Liverpool area and had a good chat with him regarding his 69 Vitesse.
As we have previously discussed Manchester area covers such a large area we swap venues between west = Ye Olde Red Lion and east = The Joshua Bradley, we have decided now to swap venues between these two pubs every four months to accommodate our members locations, changes will be shown here in the courier, on the main TSSC website and on our Facebook page check there for address details. So to clarify our April meeting will be at the Ye Olde Red Lion and then for the next four months we will be at the Joshua Bradley starting 1st tuesday in May.
We now have a diary of our areas events for 2017, this list can be updated and added to as we go throughout  the year, if anyone would like to print a copy off please visit our Facebook page and download it from the comments section, link shown below ( events diary.pdf ) or alternatively I will be handing out updated copies at our monthly meetings.
First up will be National Drive it Day on sunday 23rd April , we are meeting up at 9.45am at Woodford Garden Centre for a hearty breakfast booked in for 10am followed by a look around the garden centre itself, we will depart at 12 for a nice drive around Cheshire following a route set out by Derek , a route we had planned to use for our New Years run but didnt use due to weather and time constraints. We decided not to do a group booking for lunch as it will be a busy day due to it been St Georges Day as well.
Thats all from me see you soon.
