Le Mans & Spa Classic 2012 Update

Dear Triumph Enthusiast,

2012 is set to be an extra special year for classic endurance racing on the Continent, and the TSSC is leading the way by offering not one but two amazing race experiences.

After a highly successful inaugural event in 2011, the Spa Francorchamps Classic is set to be a fixture in the calendar every year, and for 2012 will be held from 25th to 27th May. The TSSC will be offering camping at the comfortable and convenient Eau Rouge site which proved very popular this year, with camping pitches and chalets available. We will also offer entry tickets and track laps on the scenic Spa circuit. If you haven’t been to Spa this event is a must for you; if you’ve already been you know why it’s worth coming back!

Le Mans Classic continues to be a biennial event and in 2012 will be run from 7th to 9th July. Le Mans really is the “must go” classic endurance racing experience. We will again have exclusive use of the track-side Tertre Rouge campsite with hospitality tents, entry tickets and track laps on offer, giving a 24 hour racing experience second to none.

Currently the Club is waiting for more details from the organisers including ticket prices for both events and as soon as this information is available, we will publish detailed booking forms and start taking firm reservations. At present, the best estimate is that we will be opening for bookings mid-October. Please look out for further e-newsletters and announcements on our website as the time draws closer. This year, there will be discounts and booking priority given to TSSC members although members of all Triumph clubs are welcome to book with us for both events.
