It is/was a deep blue Vitesse Mk1 saloon. He stripped it to rebuild the thing after his mum died- she having driven it for 20 years.
Absolutely eveything is there, in boxes - the big bits are outdoors, and the blue interior and everything soft or wooden or electrical is
indoors in the attic. He has 2 moggies, a Rover P6 and a stunning 1936 Bentley - all must go in 28 days (NOT the Bentley).
The rear tub need TLC, and the bulkhead needs floorpans. The bonnet need a bit of welding, but is generally in excellent nick. I fancy the
overdrive Gbox, the chrome bumpers and the door cappings...but hey, I'm trying to find someone who'll take the lot to do it up. It would be
a tragedy not to...and I'm unselfish like that.
Rob- I'll call you on Monday.

That's good news, well done!
David, have you a magic word that works with wreck owners? There is a rolling Spifire chassis in the open in a yard near me.
I've asked the owner if he would sell, offered him money, but oh, no - he's going to restore it - the body is in his shed ready
to go on it. It's been there at least five, probably ten years. Last week he covered the chassis with an tarpaulin.
Sad.
