Does anyone know where the plastic breather hoses from the air filter housing go to. Just ordered them, but can't see anywhere where they obviously attach
to.
Thanks, Jonathan

I don't believe these hoses were ever standard fit on the Vit, but were on the GT6.
On my Vit they're attached to the side of the radiator by means of a cable tie. There's a couple of handy holes that you can thread one through.

I was wondering about that as well. It looks kind of unfinished with out any hoses. I have looked in the parts manuals and they dont seem to be
listed for the Vitesse. Mine has never had any but it seems to work ok. I presume they are just there to try and get some colder air into the
engine.

John Thomason's book (p.146) shows that the GT6 didn't have these hoses until the MkIII - by which time the Vitesse was moribund.
Strange were the ways of Triumph

All
I have a 1971 built vitesse which has these hoses fitted. I believe from new as the car is a low owner, unmolested example (although it
needs rebuilt!!). I will dig out some pictures and post on the board.
The hoses fit through a bracket which is bolted onto the side of the radiator, from memory so probably wrong. I'll check tonight when I go
home.
Cheers
