has anyone else had trouble with renewing rear trunnions.
The trunnion itself asembled in the lower wishbone very easily, but then trying to to insert the the verticle link into the wishbone seems to be nigh
impossible.
Help!

Help me out here ... are you talking about Rotoflex rear end?
If so, then yes it is a pain. You need to try and line the holes up first - very useful is a set of 'plungers' (that's what i call them - don't know if
that's the right name) or a long screwdriver. Then push it out from the other direction from the opposite direction. If you are struggling because the
wishbone won't even meet the vertical link, then use an adjustable clamp on the two and tighten until they meet.
Good luck!

thanks, it was a rotoflet axel, and boy, was it it a pain in the back side.
it turned out that i had not pushed the top hat bushes all the way home. Result being i was out by a considerable distance.
I was reluctant at first to squeeze them too much as the bushes are made of nylon and therefore could easily deform. But a little gentle persuasion
with a vice and a g-clamp (either end of the rear lower wishbone trunnion), soon made it fit.
Thanks
