I don't think either option will reduce wear at all... just make sure you have a good oil feed to the shaft.
Solid bushes and roller rockers are usually fitted for other reasons but you won't actually notice a difference while driving.
However, normally a roller rocker set will have an increased rocker ratio (1.5:1 or more) and this you will notice somewhat even if its just the extra rattly noises that roller rockers make..
