I've just ordered a couple of new tyres for my modern runabout online from www.mytyres.co.uk

They appear to be cheaper than most and prices include delivery. All you need to do is find someone to fit them.

I only ordered tonight however, so i'll keep you posted...

You should expect to pay &163;5+ per wheel to get a garage/tyre place to fit them for you. Some places may refuse to fit them at all as they didn't sell them and they may say their insurance won't cover them.

I have a 'friendly' tyre place near me where I get mine done... they charge me &163;5 per wheel to change a tyre.

  I've used mytryres 3 times now, for the everyday car and the spit, and never had any problems. Delivery is very prompt - once the tyres were delivered to my workplace during a blizzard when nobody had turned up - much to the surprise of the lone security guard!
  
  As for fitting, go to a small local garage and offer cash. Works for me..
