13/60 Dashboard

Hi, I bought a 13/60 earlier this year and the dashboard laquer is badly cracked and the veneer has been rubbed down to the wood below. Are there any companies that do new dash panels? in original or walnut? or does anybody know where i can get some veneer to restore it? or any other ideas?
