New/Replacement Wood Trim

Posted By : John Fannon, 02-Mar-2005, 10:03am

I've been searching for some replacement wood trim for my vitesse saloon. I was planning to have the wood re-veneered, but one of the rear cappings is split and needs replacing.

I know the club shop sells new cappings, but they're pricey. I also spotted that Quiller do too, but I'm not sure of the quality given their reputation. Does anyone know where I can get hold of new or second hand wood at a reasonable price? I'd rather replace the one split capping, but would consider buying a full set if it was the right price.

Just one small point, I'd like original veneer and not walnut.

Regards

John
