Ok, so it took two of us 2 hours to get the manifold back on after re-building the water pump! IS there an easy way? Seems to need the double jointed hands of a 4 year old with the strength and dexterity of a power lifter and a surgeon. Still on the plus side, at least I could get to the dizzie at last and set the timing. Nearly there now, should be ready for the MOT by the end of the month
