Now then chaps and chapesses,
i have new driveshafts, new ujs, new bearings and new nuts for the end of the assembly, Non rotoflex.
i have earmarked saturday for the task, got the nod from she who gives me day release,
The trunnion is newish, and has been apart recently.
IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO BUY BEFORE I TAKE IT ALL OFF?
cheers Calvin.

Calvin, can't think of anything else you might need (depends on how recently trunnion was done!)
Best of British luck to you.
P.S. Make sure the kids are out of earshot....would not want them to hear the colourful expletives.
Regards, Steve.

Unless the new U/Js are already fitted to the shafts, make sure you have at least 4 oversize circlips for them. Unlike propshaft u/j,s you must
eliminate ALL end float on the driveshaft u/js. J.Kipping's advice was to fit oversize circlips to as many cups as you could manage. (Fitted to one
cup will take up some endfloat, fitting one to the opposite cup will take up even more).
Teaching grandmother, but new nylocs, and an ample supply of copperease grease, and spare brake fluid for bleeding the brakes.
Although such jobs can become never ending, while everything is apart it's easier to replace any brake components past their best............

If the supplier has to ask, he doesn't know what you're talking about! (And is unlikely to be able to supply!) I have never measured them,
but think they are 5 or 10 thou thicker.
If in any doubt, ask Canley. They will know what you want and should be able to post to you by the weekend.
