A closed cartel here on the Club site will be fine if you are buying, but if you are selling, you want as many bidders as possible, to ensure the best price. Of course, there is nothing to stop a ring of bidders keeping the price down, but Ebay is so far flung that that liitle scam would be difficult to achieve! My only moan about Ebay is sniping, especially when it is automated, but you can do it too!

Can we not just have a messageboard for selling stuff?
Although it may need a few advanced features - like the ability to say that its sold, or to clear it off the list... if I were to get adventurous I might even suggest uploading photos... Craig might go in to one if I suggested that though
I know I have loads of odd bits to sell.... entire front half of a 1500 Spit for one thing...

I find the biggest problem with ebay is distance. I sold a vitesse chassis to a hindritch brech in Germany. He asked me if I would deliver. Got upset when told to p/off. Also fibreglass hood to Scotland. Guy could not collect and post too expensive. I find now I look at area first before description.
