Can I suggest a parts compatibility/interchange list for the web site, to provide a reference of Triumph parts that are common or inter-changeable with
other parts.
What I'm thinking of is information on spin-on filters like that published by Leon in this thread -

Or the fact that Land Rover Freelanders use the same prop shaft UJs as small Triumphs (but what model year Freelanders and all Triumphs/just small
chassis/just Spitfire/etc?).
I had real trouble getting my hands on some prop UJs for my Spit. a while back - none of the local motor factors stock them any more so I had to get some
posted from James Paddock and wait for them. A few days later someone posts on a forum that Spitfire joints are the same a early Freelander ones - and you
can bet the local motor factors would stock them, if not the Land Rover dealer just down the darn road!
Seem to remember Practical Classics printing something like this but not enough to make me buy the mag. every month!
