I hope I am not alone in thinking that the theft of Chic Doigs cash box was a despicable act. Assuming that this theft will have been carried out by a
Triumph enthusiast I find it disgusting that someone could steel from a member of the Triumph commmunity and potentially from anyone who paid with a credit
card.
Chic Doig provides members with a valuable service backed up by a wealth of Knowledge which is always freely given.
I hope that Chic Doig will be seen at future events and that the events of last sunday do not tarnish our reputation as a club and that he continues to
support the Triumph brand for many years to come..

such a theft would have most probably been done by people who were criminals first and foremost and may have only an incedental interest or no interest
whatsoever in Triumphs.
there appears to be an increase (albeit from a zero start point) in criminal activity at car shows, think back to that white TR4 which was driven away
from a car show last summer, any news on that?
I took care to remove the keys from my car when i parked it up on the tssc stand and cable tied down the bit i had taken to try to flog, just in case
some bright spark tried to go for a walk with it.

no alistair your not alone what can be done to find this piece of sh-t whom preys on people who work for a living. having spoken to the doig gang on
saturday they said they had driven since 5 in the morning.in my opion to come down south to south to sell wares of good quality to folks that are glad
to see diferent traders with the likes of the recon body tubs etc that he brings down .we all know what damn hard work it is to do a show . but this is
now two years that traders have had their takings stolen . somebody out there knows who the thief is .i hope to god i never catch a thief or a burgler
now the government says we can kill the sh-ts with resonable force mmmm ,
