My Stag had a similar problem, offside indicators stationary, nearside only a little better. I don't have hazard warning and we, I had the benefit
of Kevin Rochfort holding a multimeter, checked all bulbs and output at the bulbs. Eventually found the flasher unit in steering column housing
replaced it with a Halfords combined flasher unit (Mondeo part no.) and hey presto everything is tickadee boo.
