  Front foglights were never fitted to any Spitfire at the factory. Therefore, within the subject of your post, there won't be any Mark IV fog lights, cheap or otherwise. After-market accessories come up on eBay regularly; although if you are looking for some early '70s fog lights (to be consistant with the age of the Mark IV) you will probably have to pay a little more than for modern ones.
  
  As for sports exhaust and manifold - these come up regularly on eBay. You might also try one of the dismantlers in case they have anything appropriate in stock: Spitfire Graveyard / Spitbitz / Quiller

    Managed to get some early 70's fog lights off ebay tonight. Will keep an eye out on ebay now for the exhaust systems to arrive.
