I've been trying to get my head around mechanicws/set-up of the Spit and GT6 before I go onto do mechanics evening class in September. I see people
mentioning workshop manuals etc. I've got the Haynes ones, which I don't find that helpful!!
There are other workshop manuals on e-bay, including ones on CD....which ones have good explanations and diagrams?

I think the ones on CD are actually illegal copies of the original paper version....others might be able to advise. I have both the Haynes and the
original triumph workshop manual (which has more detail, though the pictures are equally useless!) for my vitesse. I think the club shop still sell the
original workshop manuals and they certainly appear on ebay too.

Workshop manuals turn up at autojumbles and are often cheaper than the club. Mind you they will more than likely be used, giving you the advantage
of having a manual that looks as if you have actually used it!
