hi all had rear wheelbearing go on way back from gaydon,never needed to do one before so was wondering is it much of a job?cheers john

  These things are sent to try us!!!
  step 1 remove the half shaft from the car.
  Step2 Take to Canley Classics unless you have a proper Churchill puller. To try and pull the hub without a proper tool will lead to distorting the hub as they are a B***** to get off.
  Canley Classics will charge &163;15-20 for pulling and refitting the bearings plus the cost of the bearings.
  Step 3 refit half shaft
  Step 4 Smile.

    Hi John,
    I think Canley's is a bit far to go, but I know that wor Geoff did his GT6 rear bearing in his depot workshop as they have some lovely truck type pullers and a nice big press as well.
    Give him a bell and he'll probably get it done for the cost of he parts.
