I know this should be posted in 'Events', but is anyone going to Newark this weekend?
Some of us from Yorkshire are going to the air museum, near the showground, where there's going to be a 'proper' Spitfire and Hurricane (flypast and
static)
Spitfires (with 4 wheels not 2 and a bit) are invited. I suppose Hurricanes as well (they are part classic part kit)

Talking about the flying type of Spitfire...I was driving toward Kiel in Germany last week and pulled over to get some petrol; parked up were two
Messerschmitts (three wheelers), one having seized!
Well I parked my Triumph next to them for a shoot out (photo kind) and was joined by an E Type Jag! What a scene - if only my GT6 had been a
Spitfire...

What a collection of beauties! Got the photo developed yet? Any chance of a scan?
