Hi, I need some help please - after my cars restoration the clutch seemed fine for a while, but recently after taking my car out for about half an hour, I
arrived home and while trying to manouvre the car into my garage the clutch seemed to stick when releasing the pedal. Pressing the pedal is fine, nice and
smooth. All gears including reverse are fine being smooth and no force is apparent when changing gear....having not fastened the clutch pipe down properly,
I read somewhere it could be the fluid getting warm with the pipe too close to the engine. (Would anyone know where I can get a diagram showing exactly
where the brake and clutch pipes should be fastened down please?). The car has had a new clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder and pipe. I have bled the
clutch but this doesn't seem to make any difference. Desperate to find out, one reason being, it's getting rather tedious removing the rear spin marks on
the graveled drive.
Any help would be much appreciated.
