Hi Lads
Further to my previous post, I have had the gearbox out and replaced the pivot shaft and bearings in the alloy clutch acutating arm, also the pin and
pushrod that goes into the slave, and rebled the system.
After 3 evenings of Blood, sweat, tears and swearing its still the same. With the engine running you cannot get it into gear.
Now, I have measured the travel of the mastercylinder push rod 40mm and also the travel of the alloy releasebearing carrier 15mm! I realise that it should
travel a bit further than that to disengage the clutch anyone know what the travel should be? And weather it is my master cylinder or slave cylinder at
fault?
Thanks in advance
Chris
Ps Adrian Heraldo is tucked up next to said non working spit, thinking of putting a V8 in!
