Following the advise in these messages boards, I have just bought some new molded carpets for my Spitfire. When trying out the carpets in the car, the
molding does not seem to fit very well. Has anyone else experience with molded carpets? Does the molding usually fit the cars okay or do I have a bad batch
from the manufactures. If not do you have to start cutting them up etc. to make them fit?
After putting a lot of effort into repairing the floor, I thought that some new carpets would finish the job of nicely. Now I am having second thoughts. I
might just by some mats from the club shop. Would probably look better, will save weight and won't retain water
