Hi.
I am trying to fit a new soft top to my 1500, and am having difficulty fitting the seal retainers to the header rail.
I have tried pop rivets and small countersunk head self tapping screws, but both of these protrude too much, so that the header rail seal will not slide
in.
Can anyone help please?
Thankyou.

I have managed to sort this one out myself(believe it or not!)
Secure the seal retainers to the header rail using pop rivets, and then don't try to slide the header seal in as I was trying to do. dip the seal into
hot soapy water and push the seal into the retainers using a narrow bladed wallpaper stripper. It tok me about 45 minutes.
