Hello All,

Just a quick question regarding how easy it'd be for me to replace the rear bearings in my J-Type overdrive unit. After seeking advice both on this messageboard and from various other sources, I think the problem with my unit is the main bearings in the rear case (essentially the bearings that take the load from the output shaft of the unit).

Any ideas? Help?

From what I can see the cost of new bearings is about £40 (much less than the couple of hundred for a new unit)
