  The Camber and Castor can be change by the addition or removal of shims between the chassis and the lower wishbones. Standard cars generally have one or two in there. Don't worry if one side it different to the other as this was a common way that chassis irregularities were sorted.
  
  However, a tyre that is wearing in that fashion is usually a sign of tracking problems - but you've looked at that...?
  
  Is the damper/shock okay, this could also be a factor.

  Hi Alan, as NiG says tracking is usually the cause of uneven tyre wear. If it is the tracking, because the tyre is rubbing along the road slightly at an angle instead of straight, the tread pattern will be feathered. Rub your hand against the normal rotation on the tyre and see if you can feel if the tread is raised. This is a good indication of tracking problems. If not I would suggest checking the geometery of the drivers side. Could be a bent wishbone, worn balljoint or swivel joints, wheel bearing problems.
  If its happened to several tyres it clearly needs sorting! If this is the only tyre it could be a duff one (it does happen) so switch tyres to check. If it were shocker problems I would expect to see the wear in one particular place on the tyre.
  If the car is pulling to one side or the other get it checked, and take some shims with you! They won't have heard of them.
