Manifold made out of foam lagging!!!!!!!!!!!

Have been busy today making up a mock 4-2-1 free flow, used some foam lagging to replicate the system.
silly me thought it would be simple, but making all the lenghts meet up when it goes into the last pipe is tricky.

    Clever idea. But how do you get the sections to stay where you put them when you remove it.
    They must move and try to straighten out.

      This exsercise was only to work out the run of the pipes, having cut my primerys and secondreys to my tuned lenth of 17inc, taped them were they met, see red tape.
      I did think about sqerting that expanding foam in them so they would set hard, but I am happy enough just to take lots of photos and make the pipes up as I go along NOW that I know it will all fit and work.
