Josh,
Hire a pipe bender! HSS will rent you one, meaty enough for up to 2" pipe, for £44/day. Not cheap, but think of saying, "I
made that!"
OR, find a fabricator who has one, and ask to use it on his site. This worked for me - I had bought off cuts etc. there before, so I was a
known quantity, but people in engineering are often very sympathetic to classic car owners and restorers - many are that themselves!

Looking in my garage, I think I have this piece you were / are looking for. Got given it to make up the extra length for fitting a twin
box system to my Herald, but never used it because there's hardly a straight section in it!
If you still want it I'l have a look and make sure its the right piece.

i bought a 45 deg bend and my exhaust exits at an angle, i think the chap who posted a follow up to my msg in August wanted to know
whether a twin exhaust is better than a single. i found that the twin exhaust gave less power than a 2" bore straight through to a
single back box. i think the problem with the twin is where it splits in to 2 the gases effectivly hit a wall then splits off in to 2.
and maybe the fact that the 2 pipes are smaller in diameter
