Fuse Box And Rear Light Connections

Hi am at the dreade rewire stage in my restoration saga.have download colour wiring diagram soldered bullet connections. then problems which colour wire goes to which connection on rear lamps. second problem new loom new fuse box not enough connectors / wires to make the 12 holders for the fuses.

is there any one who can help

    Fear not the wiring on a spitfire is very basic in comparison to a modern car.
    
    I replaced the loom and fuse box , had it all working in less than a day.
    
    The Spitfire fuse box is a nightmare, dodge connections and very high rated fuses. I'm in the process of replacing mine with a modern blade one, which separates the different components better... and has less than a 30 amp fuse!
    
    Many of the wires share the same fuse, using the top and bottom of the fuse holder hence the extra wires.
    
    As "sticking" Mike said which Spitfire is it?

Right, lets start again!

Is the colour of the cable the only problem . I have MK3 69( see members cars)
If so , if you have down loaded the schematic then that should tell you the colour.
If not I will:

Dig out my wiring diagram
Pull back my wiring and look see

  I know the colours but unsure of positions on the lamps ie which cable to what connection. once rear lights done will sort out fuse box.

      Here we go;
      
      REAR STOP/ TAIL LH; GREEN AND PURPLE TRACER ON LEFT TERMINAL AND TWO RED TO RH TERMINAL WITH TWO BLACK RED EARTH
      
      REAR STOP TAIL RH; DITTO WITH ONE BLACK EARTH
      
      REAR INDICATORS LH; GREEN AND RED TRACER WITH TWO BLACK EARTH
      
      REAR INDICATORS RH; DITTO
      
      REVERSE LIGHTS HAVE BROWN TRACERS AND EARTHS
