Hi
Pretty new to Spits and I was wondering if someone could clear this up please?
I've just restored the front quarter valances on my 1500 and when it came to refitting the sidelight/indicator assembly I put the indicators on the
outside, as it was previously. However after looking at some of your cars it seems the majority have the sidelights on the outer side??
Whats the 'rule' or doesn't it really matter? I'm not going for concours or anything, but I'm interested to know what evryone else has or thinks?
John.

Strange as it may seem, the indicators go on the inside and the side lights go on the outside for Mk3/Mk4/1500s. On Mk1/Mk2 they go on the outside, but
then the lights are completely different.

I'm afraid it does matter... the lights are designed to shine in a certain direction...
Full page ad is about £800 I believe!

Adrian,
If you want to know te cost of a full page add in the courier, you should email (or call) Bernie at HQ... courier@tssc.org.uk or the number at the
top of this page.
Alternatively you could sponsor a race car for a little less and get a good sixmonths of coverage (as long as the racer stays on track) =) =) *lol*

If you try to fit a new light unit to a new valance you will find that the placing of the captive nuts in the valance and position of the
holes in the light unit makes fitting the light the wrong way impossible, why is this such a mystery, surely I am not the only one to have
noticed this?

That is how i fit mine on the Vitesse Tim,there was only one way they would fit so i figured it must have been the right
way.................i was not the founder of this thread, merely a contributor.

I suppose that depends whether your valances have captive nuts or not...
