A proper electronic stabiliser - anyone know if you can get such a thing in the UK...?
I think mine is busted after the little power surge that blew and siezed my old dynamo... and this unit looks a little bit more robust and accurate than
the standard one.

its probly just a simple voltage regulator chip, you can get em from maplins for about a quid, or go to a scrap yard and check out the rear of a ford
capri etc dash, they have 'electronic' voltage stabalisers, if you have a multi meter you get check its out put etc.
