Hi everyone,
My spitfire mk3 is about ready to be resprayed, im looking for a silvery gray ( gunmetal )
i have spent loads on her and do'nt want to spoil her so im asking for help, can any one send me a picture
of a silvery gray spitfire or put me on to somebody who could help me. Thanks

    If you watched "An MG is Born" on Sky recently - I have to admit to it, it's my only perversion - their MGB Roadster was sprayed in silver, which they referred to as 'primer with a top coat of Autoglym' however the finished car looked superb, if a tad spolied by the badge on the front.
    It's an excellent colour for a sportscar, I would have uoloaded a photo but the tightwads haven't released any on the website.
    Yes, I would have included a warning about offensive material.
