Silly thing really, but I'm interested so I'll ask anyway... What are people's preferred body colour for Triumphs?
This family are into Inca Yellow... it grows on you hehe

i like the blues...especially powder blue (i *think* that's what some of the racing cars used) and french blue (very rare; i've seen more java green
then this colour) My own spit is pagent blue.

Nothing wrong with Inca yellow. Java green I like actually. There's supposed to be a good "tangerine" colour too but I've never seen a whole car
painted that colour.
My cars are white and nearly-red. I wouldn't have chosen white if I'd been buying the car new but when I was looking a few years ago, that one came
up locally.

i think that tangerine colour you are refering to could be pimento red....(definatly more orange then red) triumph brought out a few 'funky'
colours for the mid 70's (java green was one) which don't survive well...my car actually came out of the factory java green.....

The colour I was thinking of is a really vivid orange. In the sense that inca yellow is a really vivid yellow.

Anyone with a red Triumph should consider showing it inside the hall at Stafford this year, as they plan to have a "Red Car Display"

I've got a sort-of-red-ish car. It's missing a few bits though (engine, gearbox, interior, windscreen...) so I don't think it's eligeable :-)

Well a previous owner deemed that my car should be sprayed ... metallic BRG. It looks nice, but it don't take a genius to work out where that
colour comes from. Perhaps it's ironic paint?

Signal Red would look better Graham!
