Diff ratio?

Hi,
Can anybody help me? I have the chance for a diff for my 1500 spitfire the problem is it has a ratio of 3.89:1 and I know it should be 3.63:1.
What sort of problems will I encounter if I use this diff?

The gearbox will always feel like it needs another gear.

It is not the ideal ratio for a 1500.

Speedo will read wrong as well.
