Wide or narrow driveshafts

Hello there,
I am plannning to replace the rear driveshaft/uj/hub assembly on my 1977 1500 for something that sounds a bit less like war breaking out. However, I have it on good authority (Chic Doig) that my car is a 'bitsa' as it has a mkIV chassis, therefore I'm not sure whether my car wears the wide or narrow driveshafts, I know the the wide shafts are 1 inch longer on each side, but despite scouring my manuals and parts catalogues, I cannot seems to find any actual measurements to compare against my car.

Does anyone know the lenght or one or either of the different types, as I'm keen to avoid the familiar wrong-parts-ordered fiasco!

Thanks
