Gearbox/overdrive oil

Hello
I need to fill up my gear box, what type of oil should I use, EP 90 is recomended for the gear box but not the overdrive. What does anybody else use?

I did some research on this - what to fill up my new overdrive gearbox with - and it seems everyone likes "Penrite Gearbox Oil 30" - available from Moss and others...
