  The rear end (straight on) looks like a Glas Goggo Dart http://www.motorbase.com/profiles/vehicle/picture....
  BUT the wheel arches are totally different - possibly opened up and arches grafted on.
  The side view looks like there have been some sort of "door" opening that has been filled in.
  The front end is somthing else all together - no similarity at all
  The Glas Goggo Dart was also rear engined, with a 293cc engine !
  Could it be a Bitsa - made up of bits of bodyshell from several models ?

    Yea, has the same hole (fuel filler?) in the front of the UK drivers side rear wing and instriment panel.
    
    If it's a bitsa, with modified wheel arches, it looks a hell of a lot better than origonal!
