Apart from requiring no less than three punctuation marks at the end of that thread title, the name of this mag is dreadful.

But that aside the purpose of the rag, sorry mag, is to announce rule changes.
Or proposed ones.
Nothing too drastic this time - for us mainly noise regs - the 8 meter test has gone/will go.
Our series only uses up close and personal/sensor up the pipe, but I fear that there will be no appeal to surrounding buildings any more. See E 12.17.8

Also a number of exclusions to the regs requiring a rollover bar, and requiring a fog light, are deleted. Again this won't affect us directly, but show the way the MSA's mind is going. J 20.14.1/8

An interesting, to me anyway, new reg is J 5.4.6, to deal with a race that is 'interrupted' AFTER the chequered flag.
I presume this is for a red flag during the last lap.
If you see the chequered, your finish position is that at the end of the race.
If you don't see the chequered,but do see the red, your finish position is that at the end of the penultimate lap.
The very first time this is used, I predict a riot.
