Craig,
You've changed the setup of the 'Latest Messages' so that the 'Expand option is automatic.
I like it!
Much faster it seems, and eay to get from there to the whole thread.
Thank you!
But .... there's always a 'but';
It used to be that unread messages were red, read were grey and old ones blue.
I think that's how it was.
Now everything is blue!
The old colour coding was useful, esp. with a long thread, with many posts that have the same title.
Did I read that one from Noggins or not?
Can we have colour coding continued, please?

John,
Craig has been "playing" today.
What you see this evening is a lot better than what was appearing earlier today - it had quite a few bugs at lunchtime !
I guess that colour coding will be introduced as soon as Craig works out how to make it work with the "expand" feature - it certainly wasn't working
with the "expand" "link" that was on the page for the last few weeks.
What I used to do was to expand all the items I wanted to read, and then actually view the item at the top of the list, so it acted as an anchor for
the next time I viewed the message board.

and it still has some bugs.
Just after I posted the last reply, all the message titles changed from blue to muddy green to indicate that I've read them ALL - but I havn't.

and a few minutes later it changes again, now only the topics I have actually viewed are a muddy green - Craig must be playing at the moment.

Can we go back to having the message title instead of having "expand" coming up for all the messages we have read?
It has taken me a while to work out how to actually read the messages, I always used to read them by opening them in a new window.
Cheers
Van

Craig, unfortunately I don't like the new set up, I had my options set so that I could display a whole thread with a single click,
I now have to click yet again to see the thread from start to finish. If this is the going to be the format going forward then can
you also do something for anyone like me who wants to see the whole thread from start to finish with a single click (unless it's
already there but I've missed it?)
