The herald has just passed it's MOT without a single problem, that's the fifth one since I bought it - party time!

Congrats Steve,
always hate MOT time, even though I keep telling myself, it will only be a ball joint or bearing, nothing to worry about.
I know what my heart rate is when working out at the Gym, God only knows what it is while I'm waiting for the MOT tester to get round the car!
Bloody good feeling when they start printing out a pass cert though. Why do all MOT testers have such poker faces? lol

Many Congrats Steve,
I think we should have a double celebration as my Vitesse passed its MOT with flying colours today also!!!!.....it was the talk of the garage!!
Now how's about this ..i have only spotted one Triumph around Liverpool, a Vitesse( are they all in hiding?) and it goes that fast i can never get a
good look at it ! but when i phoned the garage to see if my car was ready to be picked up i said "its Lisa with the Triumph" and he said "which one,
weve got a spitfire 1V in as well".
...this is just a run of the mill garage that services run of the mill cars, or so i thought!!.... so me being nosey i flew down there to get a look
and there it was .. it's been left to a lady who does'nt really know what to do with it, tax expired october 06, looks quite tidy to me but i dont know
that much about spitfires ....apparently the woman had been having a good look at my Vitesse... i almost felt myself saying "well if she's thinking of
selling it then i might be interested !!!!!!! ha ha!! i really did have to stop myself !
anyway well done Steve!!!

Hi Lisa,
You won't see mine, as it looks like this at the moment! Hopefully it'll be on the road in a few months (yeah, right), so you might see it then. I
live in West Derby, there are a couple of Stags I used to see a lot of, and up until recently I'd see Ian Johnson in his fab Gt6 (had a chat at the
lights when I was in my previous Spitfire). Oh, and there's a chap around the corner from me who has just finished restoring a MK2 Vitesse
Convertible - it's gorgeous!
May see you about soon??
Alex

I just had to tell someone

look out for Ians GT6, it looks fantastic! Have you been over to the Wirral meet? I would love to go but it's still a good way... maybe I
should start a Mersey area !!! Howz about that!! Keep a look out for me, i will post a picture of my Vitesse this week when the weather
brightens up!!
See you soon!
