Though just to be contentious - you know how I like a quiet life - What "Millenium Sculpture"?
Didn't ring any bells for me, so I Googled for that - "about 230,000" hits, all from the UK and all apparently for DIFFERENT Millenium
Sculptures. Very 'Best of British', though that could local chauvenism.
Google is sometimes good in chosing 'decorations' and sometimes vile. For Halloween, they draped the letters in rotting bandages, as if risen
from the grave - very appropriate, I thought. Turns out instead this is a US habit - to drape loo paper around trees, cars, anything, as a
'trick' if not 'treated'. I've got a treatment for anyone tries that.
