The old girl made it first time without problems, even guessed the headlight allignment which turned out to be spot on! Its still several shades of red with odd bits of carpet but I'm happy . That can all be done over the winter. The s/h engine from the Spitfire Graveyard is super and the overdrive gearbox from e-bay is a peach so I've been relatively lucky. Just got to sort a rattling exhaust on the chassis.
Cost a bloody fortune, thank goodness I'm not mad enough to want to race em' :-p

Will change my sig when I find out how to!!

    I hope you have a very soft focus filter for both the car and me...oh yeah, and a wide angle lense. At our age we need all the help we can get!!
