Hi, Did anyone see the Global Warming Swindle programme broadcast on C4 which featured a number of TOP scientists. It certainly is an eye opener for the real causes of Global Warming, which incidentally has nothing whatsoever to do with cars, planes, industry etc. Basically the programme was saying that the enviromentalists and the govement are telling us lies which we will end up paying dearly for if this continues. The programme was very informative and mentioned an awful lot of facts the enviromentalists and the govement simply chose to miss out in order to hood-wink us all in to thinking that we are the cause. Any top scientists who disagree with them do not get any funding from the govement, instead having to rely on independant funding. The 2500 scientists who claim that co2 man made gases are the cause is a slightly misleading figure to say the least. The media wants you to believe that global warming is man made because they have countless reporters etc in jobs which they do not wish to give up. This is without all the enviromentalists who also have a keen financial interest in keeping the myth alive. The planet has been constantly changing for centuries, long before industry, cars, planes etc were invented. So the moral of the story is the next time you hear a govement minister telling you that green taxes are essential for saving the planet, don't believe a word of it! Steve
