Track laps... There was a pace car, but I never caught it up!
Campsite, different atmosphere to Bertrands, the toilets hummed less for a start! Hopefully the bar area went down well, it seemed to. The cold beer certainly went down well.......
Didn't seem to notice the noise of the cars at night, but then the grid 6 guys were on the track when I wasn't trying to sleep.

No-one on or accompanying the NE area trip had any moans at all. All thoroughly enjoyed themselves, been on Tetre Rouge twice before and this was the best time yet, whole event was exceptional.
Going to try and take my Dad next time. Wish I could book now!

Sorry to learn of your health problems, but glad you are rather better now!
I went to Le Mans once, 1989, enjoyed it immensely, always wanted to go back again, but my 13 year Vitesse restoration sucked up all my funds, so it was not to be.
Emigrated to the USA, 2002, so future attendance at Le Mans seems unlikely, but you never know.
Of course, now I have a new list of places I need to go!
Bonneville Speed Week, Utah, hmmm...I could drive there, from here, Southern Oregon.
But then there's Indianapolis, and Daytona, rather a long way methinks.
Maybe one day, time and money permitting?
Of course, I also miss the Goodwood Festival of Speed and the Revival Meeting...
Oh well, they will go on without me until I get to come back.

Thanks for the replies - just to clear up, this is Malc writing on Chris's behalf (Chris's associate - she owns the GT6, I get the privilege of
spending time and money buggering about with it!); she can't be having with these computer thingies - but it's me who had the heart prob, she's right

Although until I'm a bit more mended myself, I'm banned from wielding anything bigger than a 9/16 double-ended, hence the huge bill for the last MOT.
