The Classic Race, this year over the weekend of 7th/9th July 2006

During discussions whilst at Le Mans, Paul Young (yellow Spit in photo, campervan on the corner) offered to act as coordinator / clearing house to match up photos that people had taken on other cars with the owners of said cars.

So, if you have anything to pass on, particularly from those taken during the parade laps, that you think the car's owner might like to see, please contact Paul at dms_clocks@yahoo.com. The idea would be that he should be able to group all photos of a particular car and forward them on to the owner. Obviously those with registrations - or drivers - visible will be the easiest to match up but if you have a particularly good photo otherwise then I'm sure he'll do what he can to match it up from other clues.

Please also contact him if you'd like to see what pictures other people might have caught of your own run.

I've got a few (mostly a bit blurred, I'm afraid) to pass on to him so they'll be a start to his collection.

I gather also that James Carruthers, ( http://www.mintylamb.co.uk/mail ), is eager to collect as many photos taken of Mark's Spitfire during the weekend, both on the track and off so please contact him with your photos of '56'.
