Due to some truely inept friends, we are now 2 seats over for our Le Mans 24hr trip and looking to flog one set of camping/access/grand stand tickets.

This leaves my car without a run through the French countryside however, so if anyone in the Le Mans Classic party finds they have to drop out I would be interested in picking up your tickets.

Obviously I don't wish dropping out on any of you, but one of you might be asked to be a best man at a wedding that weekend, or manage to organise a corporate weekend for the wrong weekend!

I can only pity my friends some times.

    Now that I'm no longer a student (defered due to illness this year, and taking it again next year) I'm free to go - but its far too late to get in to the TSSC camping
    
    Which Im a bit sad about - you all know my love of Triumph motorsport - and it's a bit of a special year this one too!
    
    Anyway - I think we've resigned to camping with the masses there... should be ok... not quite the same as being with my TSSC mates though!

      Well it looks like some organisation of the TSSC 'extras' is required... and a lot of "Police Line - Do Not Cross" or "Hazardus Waste" tape!
      
      From what Philp has said, there will be a lot of us overflow TSSC people camping in Maison Blanche. Unlike Haux (my 24hr home) you don't get marked spaces on the White House. It's first come, first rope off as much as you can.
      
      Having failed to get 2 passengers for the 24hr, one email about the Classic and I have 4 out of 6 seats filled in 2 Spitfires and a TVR Tuscan S!
      
      If anyone else is going to be going to Maison Blanche, first one down (probably the TVR!) can take the spare tent pegs and tape off space for the others.

        ooo - that would be good! I think we might be getting down there late Friday now though - annoyingly - though I may go down earlier!
        
        We're booking our tickets thru the standard route as far as I know! Along with our entry tickets... I'm not actually sure because I've left it up to my Dad to organise that bit now...

        Entry tickets for the race circuit are still best purchased through me as they are cheaper than tickets on the gate and have additional benefits, they include entry to all of the grandstands and paddocks.
        
        I'll be making a late booking for the stragglers and the cost will be &163;42 per person - sorry I can't get the discount any more.
        
        Also if taking a classic car don't forget to book a car ticket so you can park in the TSSC area at the circuit - free for Triumphs!

        OK, someone let me in on the secret - just how DO you book Maison Blanche camping for the Classic!
        
        I've tried the ACO Service Réservations number, but this just got a into a load of recorded messages - none of which told me how to book camping (told me how much... just not how!)
