Suzie Singleton ( TSSC Southern Area Organiser and Spitfire Register) has schemed with one of her local area members who works for P & O and has
managed to put together quite a good deal for anyone wanting to travel Portsmouth - Caen.
Portsmouth-Caen, 22nd July, 1520 Express
Caen-Portsmouth, 26th July, 1200 Express
Car and up to 5 Passengers - £138.00 return
To get the discount P&O usually need a minimum of 10 vehicles but they've agreed this on the basis of 6 minimum, subject to space availability at
this
stage, so I'd hope to get enough people to confirm asap in order to get this deal. Seems like a good one.

Hi Folks
Unfortunately I've had such a big response to this that I'm afraid I can't take any more bookings for this Portsmouth-Caen route. The SeaCats are't
that big and in high season they're not too willing to fill an entire boat with Triumphs at a special rate.
I've contacted all those who have been in touch with me to date about a booking and we'll do our best to get all those bookings confirmed but I just
can't take any more from now on.
If by any chance I hear of any spare spaces later on, for example if someone drops out, I'll let Philip Willcocks know in case he has anyone still
looking for a route.
