The Annual 24 Hour Race, this year over the weekend of 17th/18th June 2006

Hi folks,

On the Thursday before the race, we as a group managed to tear ourselves away from the normal humdrum of the circuit to visit L'Temple du Jaguar - L'Hotel du France at Le Chartre sur la Loire about 30km south of Le Mans.

The hotel is a 'must see before you die' sort of place.

Unfortunately, parking is very limited in the square, but there is plenty of space 2-300 yards away.

When my pals send me the CD, I'll post a few interior shots just to give you a taster.

BTW, I must apologise to all those members who I was trying to arrange a drink with. Maybe we can meet up sometime this side of the water. Not sure whether I can make Stafford at the mo'.
